Does the subscription module support Rate Plan tiered pricing?

Summary:

We have specific business scenario, where I have created tiered pricing in a Rate Plan for Usage Quantity on pricing administration. The subscription item does not show any charge at all when we create new subscription and perform all the steps for Usage Billing.

Is subscription do not support Rate Plan tiered pricing?
