Absence management is in Fusion and Payroll is configured in ADP


Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

As part of statutory absences setup, do we need to setup simple childbirth leave for Maternity or do we need to setup the complete statutory maternity setup? We want to ensure license doesn't get consumed. Also, will the certifications work in case of statutory absence setup in fusion since it won't have any pay data?
