AI Agents Extending Change Management Impact for Faster Feature Adoption

Oracle launched the AI Agents/Chatbot/Policy Advisor feature in 24D, and while they have issued a few press releases, the discussion on Cloud Connect has been much quieter than I expected.

These new tools, available with your client's current licenses at no extra cost, are incredibly lightweight to set up, delivering an outsized ROI and exponentially improving what is possible from a Change Management impact. They have barely been out for one quarter, and already I cannot imagine an implementation without them.

In my opinion, Change Management is equally important as the technical work we do to configure an instance for client requirements. Traditionally, change management required thinking in advance of all the possible questions someone could have, documenting answers for them, and putting the information in a central repository. Then, users have to find the right support article, read it, digest the information and apply it to their specific circumstance.
