Milestone Diagnostic report not returning data

Summary:

I have setup milestones, and they were working as expected yesterday. I was able to run the Milestone Diagnostics report and it was showing correctly.

I created a few SRs this morning, and noticed the Milestones were not being assigned, so I can the Diagnostics Report again, and its not returning any results for the new created SRs (see below screen shot). If I run it for an older SR with milestones, its showing correctly

Any times why the tool is returning nothing? I figured it would show the errors if something was off. I have configured HRHD for Redwood and we are on 24D.
