Account in @REMOVE is being Cleared

I use the below business rule to clear expense accounts before loading a new employee roster and running the calculations rules. This rule worked perfectly fine all of last year. As of this week, it is now clearing out the accounts Com_Cap_Commission_Retention", "Com_Cap_Commission_Impact", "Com_Commissions", and "Com_Non_Cap_Commissions". Nothing changed in the rule, other than the sub vars updated for the new FcstYr1 (FY25). Am I missing something?
