How do you add department name to the new Redwood ChangeSalaryReport RTF template?

Summary:

With the new 24D redwood update, the Change Assignment, Change Position, etc. transaction rtf has the department list in the notification. However, for the Change Salary/Administer Salary transaction notification, the department name field is not in the data set or in the RTF. How do we update the rtf and data set to include department name?
