Issue:

1. There is a text in my payroll quick action, that is already listed in Benefits quick action. Payroll quick action ' Change Tax Withholding' and Benefits quick action 'Additional Benefits Outside Pittworx' have same UI text. Is it because of 'common' Text?

When attempting to change Payroll quick action text, it is also changing the text for Benefits quick action. How do fix this?
