How to check in Subscription with whom it is pending for approval

Summary:

Hello Oracle Experts! We have configured the approval for Subscriptions using the BPM task, but once the subscription is submitted for approval, how can the user understand with whom the approval is pending currently?

This is a standard behavior which we get in other approvals across the Fusion, but for Subscriptions is there any option?

We also checked in the Transaction console, even there we were not able to find the Subscription.
