Workforce Management Subject Areas (Historical Role & Manager Data)

Morning Everyone,

I'm investigating a quirk with an OTBI report that we've recently developed for viewing various articles of information for new starts within our organisation.

HR have highlighted an oddity where Manager Name and Role (Business Title) columns from the "Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real Time" area only pull the current Manager and Role for a user regardless of the date range. Now I'm 99% sure that functionality is by design and that the columns are pulling the data that they are supposed to.

The functionality HR are looking for however is for the report to show Manager and Role a user had during the date ranged that had been selected.
