Is it possible to expand the questionnaire section?

Hello Experts,

In Evaluation Topics section we have goals and questionnaire topics.

We must click on view button to see the complete details of the goals and questionnaire as well.

But is possible to expand the questionnaire topic without clicking on the view button?

The requirement is to see the complete details questionnaire without clicking on view button.

This is what it displays when you click on view button.
