    • Invoice Amount in AR not matching with the Invoice Amount in Subscriptions

    Summary: While creating the invoice in Subscription Management, the Invoice Amount in Accounts receivables is not matching with the Invoice Amount in Billing Summary section of Subscriptions. We have used a custom calculation to send the Invoice Amount to AR (BillLines.BillAmount_Custom + BillLines.BillAmount_Custom * Subscription.CPIAdderRate_Custom/100). We are receiving the tax amount from AR to Subscriptions, but not receiving the Invoice amount from AR.

    Is there any way by which we can update the Invoice Amount in SM whatever the invoice amount we are having in the AR side .
