How to validate that the element mapped in the Compensation Worksheet column is a one-off payment

Summary

There is currently a Payroll Element mapped to one of the columns in our client's PIP Annual Plan Compensation Worksheet, as shown in the attached screenshot. We want to validate that this will be processed through payroll as a one-off payment and that it will not appear in Fusion salary change records. Would you know how to validate this, or is there a way to test it?
