Talent Review queries -Is there any way to view the reviewee population to see who has had an update
Q1. We've noticed that anyone missing a potential score is showing up in the 'holding area' of this year's talent review. I know that the grid view is a performance x potential format, so colleagues missing either of these ratings will not show up on the grid. Can you confirm that they will however show up on the list view and in exported reports (with blank boxes for missing information)?
Q2. At the moment, there is no way to understand the last updated date for performance/potential/risk here - either in the grid view or table view. This is absolutely something we need to consider for Redwood as currently, there is no way to look at this information prior to the meeting being 'submitted' and the data pulling into dashboard reporting.
