Can a Requisition preparer edit the description of the Purchase Order via a change order (RSSP)

Summary:

A user has created a requisition which has been approved and a purchase order was created. This has then been part receipted/paid.

The preparer is now submitting a change order (to increase the cost) but appear to be unable to change the line description. In Classic, this was available but seems not in RSSP - I am aware that the changes only affected the PO and the requisition remained the same, as per design.

Can you confirm, if this feature should be available or if this is planned for future release?
