Upgrade to PAYG Stuck Over 7 Business Days - SR 4-0000346585

I am writing to follow up on my ongoing issue with upgrading my Oracle Cloud account from Free Tier to PAYG. Despite following all recommended steps, my account remains stuck in Free Tier for over 7 business days.

I have already contacted https://store-oracle.custhelp.com/app/chat/chat_launch
but so far my account is still stuck as Free Tier and was not upgraded to Pay as You Go.

Here are the details:

  1. Support Ticket: SR 4-0000346585 (issued 2 business days ago).
  2. Troubleshooting Completed:
    • I have already uploaded the HAR file to the designated Oracle Bucket as requested when the SR was issued.
