Redwood SSP: Difference between attachment categories

Summary:

When creating a requisition, we have the ability to select attachment categories. Looking to understand the difference between how the different attachment categories function, if selected. See screenshot:

Also, do we have the ability to select more than one category for the same attachment (Ex. To Approver and To Buyer). Looking for ways to limit visibility to attachments, and separately the ability to limit the number of attachments needed if trying to attach same attachment for multiple groups.
