OTBI filter - Two columns don't match

Summary:

Is it possible to create a filter (maybe a new column to calculate?) to only provide results if two columns don't match? I can't imagine it's a common thing, but I feel like I should be able to do it through a calculated measure or something, but am not getting there.

Use case is to only report on any Business Titles that do not match the Job name.
