Pause Rule based on EFF value

Summary: Requirement is to apply the pause on the order line when the EFF value is 5, and release it when the value is 10. When orders are created, the EFF is defaulted to 5 by OM extensions. Once some validations are completed, the EFF value is updated to 10 by Fulfillment Response SOAP UI (no revisions created).

  1. Expectation is that the order line should be released automatically and progress to next step. This is not happening. The line is staying in Pause status. Please suggest any change to be made on the rule.

2. However, when the same EFF is updated to 60/70 by another revision of the order, the pause is being revalidated and the step continues to be in Waiting, which should not happen. Should I uncheck the red marked field? If I uncheck this, will it consider the status change from 5 to 10?
