    Summary:

    I tried to set the DNS PTR record for my mail server installed on the Oracle Compute instance. Your system forces me to create a Zone in ManagedCompartmentForPaaS Compartment. See screenshot.

    But during this operation, I met the "Authorization failed or requested resource not found." notice.

    Q: How can I add the PTR record?
