Should system send notifications if Confirm Receipts process is on Hold or Cancelled
Summary:
Scenario is we need to stop all kind of "Requires Receipt Confirmation" notifications for all users. Confirm Receipts process is auto scheduled everyday at 8:00AM. It is now on Hold.
Checked various oracle documents that suggest to disable or switch of Receipt Confirmation notification if notifications need to stop. As per Oracle guidelines we switched of every settings in BPM, such as Enable reminder unticked, Escalation and Expiry "Do nothing" and removed Assignees in notification tab BUT system still sending notifications even though we have HOLD Confirm Receipts process.
In lower instance if don't run Confirm Receipts process system do not generate any notifications.
