Assistance Required to Add "Manage Currency Rates" in Oracle Fusion General Ledger

Summary:

Dear Oracle Support,  
I am working on Oracle Fusion General Ledger and would like to add the "Manage Currency Rates" option to a user role. I have already assigned the following privileges to the role:  
- Define Conversion Rate Type  - Maintenance Daily Conversion Rate  - Maintenance Historical Conversion Rate  - Daily Rate Import and Calculation Program  
However, the user is still unable to view the "Manage Currency Rates" option. Could you please guide me on how to add only the "Manage Currency Rates" functionality to the user role?  
In my profile, I can see the "Manage Currency Rates" option under "Period Close," but I do not want to grant the user access to the "Period Close" functionality.
