salesOrdersForOrderHubRequests can't find a cross-reference for attribute TAX_CLASSIFICATION_CODE

Summary:

If I use salesOrdersForOrderHubRequests to populate the interface tables, the ESS job fails with "order management can't find a cross-reference for attribute TAX_CLASSIFICATION_CODE"

However, if I create the same order via

salesOrdersForOrderHub or in the UI I don't hit this issue.

This issue is on a VISION demo instance.
