Custom Attribute unique value can be added automatically in the LOV?

Summary:

Hi,

I wanted to know if within the EPM scope we can add the new values automatically via integration (or any other way) into the Custom Attributes existing values, so that those new values could get tagged with the members of the respective dimension (tagging can be done via metadata integration).

Similarly, the same ask is for Smart List Values, if the new values could be added automatically within the EPM scope.
