How to setup a territory based on few Major Customers

Hi,

We are setting territories based on Products an Customers.

• First based on few products selected at opportunity revenue level, territories should be assigned. This has been done and its working fine.
• Also, for certain major customers(accounts), we need the opportunities to be assigned to some other territory. Like for some eg:

Account = ABC Corporation, Assigned this territory to an owner who is John.

For the second case, we tried to use Included options but looks like it doesnt suffice the purpose as it also looks for Products and then included customers.

Any input will be much appreciated.
