need an option to return the Specific PR's to rerun automatically after approval

HI,

We have a requirement to have internal approvals for an item/service when requested, but we dont want to proceed with the PO or any other document. thinking of creating service items and raising an PR but post approval this lines should be automatically retunred to the requester withougt buyer intervention as the buyer intervention increases the load.
