Is there a template for uploading work centers?

Summary:

We are implementing maintenance and the client decided to equate the work centers to the organizations' cost centers, which implies a large volume of element loading.

There´s not a FBDI template for uploading work centers, so is there any way to bulk load the work centers and their resources?
