CMK AR Invoice - unable to perform invoice acknowledgment with only inbound not outbound

Summary:

My customer need is to activate CMK only inbound to perform ApplicationResponses, without the outbound part.

See my scenario below, which works for inbound + outbound.

My question : is that possible to activate only inbound without outbound ? Can CMK identify an invoice if has not previously undergone the "Generate And Transfer XML Transactions scheduled process ?

scenario 1 on <test_env_1> works ok (inbound + outbound)

• prerequisite : CMK setup done
• ar invoice created
• xml delivery done (Generate and Transfer XML Transactions)
• sent inbound message to CMK (UBL-ApplicationResponse-2.1) -> HTTP 200 OK , XML DELIVERY STATUS successfully changed on the invoice.
