Single Rating-Talent Review

Summary:

We are planning to implement a single rating linear view of Talent Review configuration . This is to capture only the potential rating in Talent Review. While I am able to capture the ratings in a Talent Review meetings, the Talent ratings are not flowing into person spotlight. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?
