Incomplete Time Card Report

Summary:

The Business is running into issues with employees submitting time off through the Absence module that automatically transfers to the Time Card, but the employee forgets to enter any worked time. This is resulting in underpayment if missed.

I've tried using the Reported Time Cards Real Time Subject Area but that doesn't provide all the information needed to capture the population in scope.

Any suggestions to find employees are required to submit a Time Card but only submit absence time and not regular time?
