Combine OTBI and BIP report, role issue/quesiton

Summary:

I have created a report where I combine OTBI and BIP report in one BIP datamodel.

This is due to missing information on OTBI side.
Report works as a charm but looks like to run this report BI Administrator role is required.

Can someone confirm if this is the case?

I have tried to take away BIP side and only leave OTBI based source and looks like issue is due to this. User can normally run BIP pure reports without any issue.

In this case im using "Expenses - Expense Transactions Real Time" subject area and user have Expense Auditor role and data accesses…
