    • Sending Supplier Qualification initiative to Supplier without Portal access

    Summary: In situations where a supplier user does not have a supplier portal account or access, there needs to be an option to send them a supplier qualification initiative/qualification to the email listed on their contact record. But currently, I see if there is no portal account, Oracle does not allow for the qualification to be sent at all. How should I go about sending them a qualification?
