Configuring 'Source' and 'Source Medium' fields in Source Info section in Candidate Profile

Hi,

I would like to know if there's an option to configure the 'Source' and 'Source Medium' fields in Source Info section within the 'Candidate Profile' in Setup and Maintenance. Specifically, I'm looking to edit the drop-down options in the Source Medium and Source fields, and to add, remove, or disable certain options.

Please note, I am referring to the 'Source Info' section and not the "Candidate Dimension Source Names" in Setup and Maintenance.

Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
