REDWOOD: Error Message when attempting to Save new Qualification record

Hi there,

We have enabled REDWOOD for Talent Profile and one of our users is experiencing the following error message when attempting to Save a new Qualification record.

Please see below screenshots of both the error message and the setup of the Content Section.

Before I raise an SR could anyone please shed some light as to why this could be happening?
