CRM campaign ID configuration on Marketing activities

Hi,

We implemented "Marketing activities" on our instance and we' like to link form submission activity to a salesforce Task object.

In this process, I want to associate the CRM campaign ID with the Campaign field (reference) in the salesforce task object.
However, this field is being linked as blank (other filed is no problem.). In another instance, I saw that this field was successfully linked, so I suspect that there might be a missing configuration specific to this instance.

My understanding is that enabling "Sync with CRM" option on campaign canvas, inputting the Salesforce campaign ID, and linking the CRM campaign ID associated with that canvas should populate this Activity field with the correct value.
