Issues experienced when using agents

in Reporting and Analytics for HCM 2 comments

Hi everyone,

We have a reporting team member has raised a few issues when using agents for reporting. Below are the symptoms of the problem.

  1. The agent failing
  2. The agent running successfully - (run as: specified service account) but with no email generated.
  3. The agent running successfully - (run as specific user account) an email generated, but missing data from the csv output on the email.

Can anyone please share some lights with this situation?
