question on JE approval and Journal Reversal Criteria Sets

I have a question on JE approval and Journal Reversal Criteria Sets

Configuration:
JE approval enabled at ledger level =⇒ YES.

Using Journal Reversal Criteria Sets =⇒Yes

Automatic Reversal option =⇒ selected as Reverse and Post Automatically

Requirement: JE should not go for approval post reversal of JE entries thru scheduled ESS jobs on monthly basis.

Question: is it possible to achieve the above ask ? if yes, would u please provide setups.
