Demo instance has obfuscated candidate name in job application list page

Hello,
I have just noticed that our demo instance obscures candidate names in the job application list page with *******. On the candidate profile, the name displays as always.
Can someone tell me how and why this is enabled and how I can get rid of it? Is this part of the 25A update? I was not able to find anything on this matter which is why I am raising this question.
