- While trying to create RMA order by using 'Return or End' option from Order Mangement, only sales order lines are being returned. The support/subscription lines are not eligible for return. Looking for what is the correct configuration setting for being able to return the support/subscription line items in an order?
- We are trying to orchestrate subscription cancellation/close for return order via Order Management. Is there an automated way to achieve this without the use of custom APIs?
