How to update sales order line's additional information?

How to update sales order line's additional information from the UI?
We have read that DOO_LINES_ADD_INFO is not available or displayed on Order Entry Form— Document 2678100.1
We are only seeing the order line's additional attributes from Fulfillment view
How to update this then? Is there a role that is needed to have this access? Thank you.
