RSSP: Line notes to buyer/supplier overwritten by header notes

Summary:

when creating a requisition in RSSP, if you add a Note to Buyer or Note to Supplier when you’re completing the smart form, those notes are added to the lines. These feed through to the Requisitions page.

However, if you then, on the requisitions header, add notes to either, the system will display a message saying it will overwrite all the existing line notes, or you click Change, the originals are lost.
