Summary:

Impact to Other compensation elements when start date is changed after new hire is Processed in HR.

Looking for suggestion when Start date is changed after a new hire with special comp(Eg. Sign on Bonus ) is Processed in HR. In this case, the Start date is changed at the Employment record. How do we automate the start date change to sign-on bonus element?. Is there anyway to automate this or is it all manual process where we need to manually add/update the Other compensation Elements?

Please let me know if any one has any other suggestions.
