How can I sync a duplicate account hierarchy up with the primary account hierarchy?

For example, in the "Manage Account Hierarchies" page, I have two account hierarchies (Account and Account-Copy). Once I've made changes to the Account hierarchy such as adding new accounts, how can I push those changes to Account-Copy?
