WSDL URL for AP E Invoicing

Summary:

We are trying to get the WSDL URL to for the E-Invoicing Setup for Inbound AP Invoices.
We are using Web Services for our E-Invoicing AP Process.

We have followed Oracle's Standard Document for AP E-Invoicing Setup.
We tried the below mentioned URLs for our Dev instance.

  1. https://<Instance URL>/fin.us2.oraclecloud.com/publicPayablesInvoiceService/InvoiceService?WSDL
  2. https://<Instance URL>/soainfra/services/default/CmkCollaborationMessagingInboundServiceComposite/CollaborationMessageServiceV2

None of these are working for us.
Whenever we open these URLs in browser it either Error 404 URL not found or Cannot reach this URL.

Can you please help us get the correct WSDL URL for Dev instance.
