Requisition PDF Report With Data Model,Custom translation file does not work

Summary:

1-We want to customize the layout for the new (Requistion PDF report with data model)

2-After create a new template with locale (English) Language

3-We extract a translation file

4-Change the targets in the XLF file as what we want to appear for arabic users

5-Upload the new XLF file with Arabic Language

6-View PDF using arabic prefrences

7-it can not be opened

NOTES: 1- IF we try to print PDF using english language it works fine

2-IF we use the standard translation XLF file( which will not contain the customized fields) we can view the pdf in arabic.
