How to capture Northern Ireland specific legal requirements

In the UK, when you apply to NI location jobs, a couple of questions are required legally and companies need to be able to report upon them. Hiring Team should not be able to see the candidate responses.

The ideal scenario would be:

When requisition location is = Northern Ireland (forgetting for a minute the complexity of the geography, i.e. UK is a country but Northern Ireland is also referred to as a constituent country), then the NI questions under the Diversity Form are displayed. But I don't believe this can be made possible so, options:
