View Compensation History - Percentage Change not correct

Hello experts,

we are facing an issue with the page View Compensation History. We notice that even if the salary between two years does not change for an employee (not full-time) the percentage of change calculated reports a negative value. Moreover all the percentage of change are not correct.

What could it depend on? Do you have similar issues?

Are we missing something?
