What's the purpose of the Full-Time Equivalent field in individual compensation plan?
Summary:
Need to know the purpose of the Full-Time Equivalent field in individual compensation plan. Even if the FTE % are different, still the amount entered is same in both 100% FTE and 80% FTE cases. Expectation is system to calculate the payable amount based on the FTE% when the input is "yes" for the field "Full-Time Equivalent".
Any suggestions? we are not using payroll module.
