Is it possible to report on Workforce Compensation Change Statement Volumes executed by managers?

Summary:

We have our Compensation Change statements configured to Printed and delivered by managers, we would like to monitor and report on how many managers are accessing/running the Change statements over time during our cycle but it does not seem that running the statements is logged in the normal BIP audit trail table, fusion_iau_viewer.bipublisher_v
