How to register SOAP Exposed OIC Integration as external webservices in Oracle fusion

We have a synchronous OIC integration that is based on SOAP trigger adapter with OAuth 2.0 authentication enabled for the connection. We have a requirement to register this OIC integration endpoint in Oracle Saas (Task: Manage External Interface Web Service Details) but unable to figure out how to configure the client credentials. Please let me know if this can be achieved and if yes, then share the documentations/steps to achieve this.
