Are there any custom hooks in Planning Cloud that can manipulate planning output?

There is a need to modify the planned order quantity before its release to the source (here the source is cloud).

Lets say there is a parent item and its got 2 components,

the minimum inventory level has to be maintained at each component,

by default whenever any component falls short of the minimum inventory level, a PR might be triggered.

But we want that not to happen and instead the PR should be triggered for the parent item with the corresponding required parent level quantity.

Yes it might inflate the other component quanitites but we are okay with it,
